These Terms of Service govern your use of the Davzon website and, where applicable, the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Davzon provides Employer of Record services in India, contractor management, recruitment support (in India and globally), background verification, and HR, payroll and compliance services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Prices shown on this website (such as "from" amounts) are indicative starting points. Final pricing depends on your specific requirements and is confirmed in a written quote or agreement. We charge no setup fees, and our service fee is always shown separately from employee or contractor pay.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information needed for us to deliver services, including details required for employment, payroll, compliance, recruitment, or verification. You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for instructions you give us.

5. Transparency Commitment

Where we act as Employer of Record or manage contractor payments, the amount you approve is the amount your employee or contractor receives. We take no cut from salary and add no hidden margin.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, and minimum terms are set out in your service agreement. Employer of Record engagements have a minimum term of three months; contractor management has a one-month minimum. Other services are quoted individually.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secure and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Davzon's liability arising from the services is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice and minimum-term provisions in the service agreement. We will handle any required exit, settlement, and statutory closure correctly.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
