Do I need a legal entity in India to hire through Davzon?

No. That is the entire point of the EOR model. Davzon acts as the legal employer in India on your behalf. You direct the work — we hold the statutory registrations, run payroll, and carry the compliance liability. You can hire your first India employee without ever setting up an entity.

How long does onboarding actually take?

3–5 working days from signed agreement to fully onboarded employee. This includes the employment contract, all statutory registrations (PF, ESI, PT), payroll configuration, and medical insurance activation. If you need us to recruit the candidate first, add 2–6 weeks depending on the role.

What is the real total cost — not just the EOR fee?

We send you a complete, itemised cost breakdown before you commit to anything. It shows the employee gross salary, employer PF contribution (12%), ESI (if applicable), Professional Tax, medical insurance, and our fee — all as separate line items. Nothing is bundled or hidden. What you see is what you pay.

Can Davzon find the candidate for me as well as employ them?

Yes — this is one of Davzon's core advantages. Our recruitment team can source, screen, and shortlist candidates in India. Once you select someone, we employ them through our EOR. You deal with one partner from first search to ongoing payroll. No separate recruiter and EOR vendor to coordinate.

What happens with data privacy — are you GDPR compliant?

Davzon acts as a data processor on behalf of UK and EU clients. We operate within India's DPDP Act 2023 and can provide a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for UK GDPR compliance on request. Employee data is handled under strict access controls and retained only for the period required by Indian statutory law. Full data security details →

What if I want to exit — how difficult is it?

After the minimum term (3 months for EOR), you can exit with notice. We handle the statutory exit — full and final settlement, Form 16 issuance, PF closure, and any notice period administration. No complicated wind-down. We have done this many times and the process is straightforward.

Do you only hire developers and tech roles in India?

No. Davzon recruits and employs across all functions and seniority levels — finance, HR, operations, customer support, sales, marketing, content, virtual assistants, research, and technical roles. There is no restriction on job category. If the role can be done remotely from India, we can find and employ the right person.
