SMS SCREENING
SofiaWorks — SMS Consent & Opt-In
SofiaWorks is a recruiting-automation platform operated by Davzon LLC, used by HR and recruiting firms ("Clients") to screen and schedule job candidates by SMS. SofiaWorks does not send marketing or promotional messages and does not message anyone who has not consented.
How candidates opt in: All consent is obtained verbally by phone before any text is sent. A recruiter at a SofiaWorks Client contacts the candidate about a specific open role; if the candidate is interested, the recruiter requests permission to continue screening by SMS and reads the standard consent disclosure below. SMS begins only after the candidate verbally agrees. Clients are contractually required to obtain this consent before any messaging.
Standard recruiter consent script (v1.0):
[After the candidate confirms interest in the role:]
"Great. To keep this quick, we use a texting service called SofiaWorks for a few screening questions and to schedule your interview. Is it okay if [HR firm name], on behalf of [employer name], sends you text messages about this?
You'd receive recurring texts — the number varies depending on scheduling — and standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop the texts, or HELP if you need help. Our privacy policy is at davzon.com/privacy-policy, and we never sell or share your number.
Can I confirm you're okay to receive these text messages at [confirm the candidate's mobile number]?"
[If the candidate agrees, the recruiter begins screening in SofiaWorks. If not, no SMS is sent.]
Opting out: Candidates can reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, and HELP for assistance.
